PAYMENT METHODS

1. What payment methods I can use and cannot use?

Acceptable methods: 

• Paypal

  * You can pay through Paypal using your debit card or credit card. For more information, please visit www.paypal.com.

Unacceptable methods: 

• Bank transfers
• Cash on delivery
• Personal checks

*After the purchase, please send us a scanned copy of your payment at support@sandjest.com with your order number and product code.

2. Why can’t I make a payment to checkout?

If you have some trouble paying with your debit or credit card, please view some helpful suggestions below: 

• Ensure all of your information is correct including the card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing address.
• Check your account balance for available funds.
• Check if your card gets authorized or the default online transaction limit is too low.
• Try refreshing the page or logging completely out and then logging back in.
• Start over with a new order instead of trying to pay for the same order over again.
• Check with Paypal to see if your account has a transaction limit.
• According to PayPal rules, the shipping address and the billing address must be in the same country, otherwise the payment will be declined.
