PAYMENT, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. REFUND

Due to hygiene reasons and the fact that our products are customized, we do not exchange or issue full refund unless an item you received has a major problem. This is when the item is:

  • Significantly different from the description
  • Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier
  • Not what you ordered

Please be noted that with other cases (not mentioned above) we only offer partial refund (excluding shipping fee)

NOTE:

    • No Refunds or Exchanges: Applies to sale or promotional items.
    • No Refunds/Replacements for Customer Errors:
      • Wrong size, design, or color selection (review order before checkout).
      • Incorrect or invalid shipping address.
      • Damage due to improper care or use.
      • Discount offered for reordering in these cases.
    • Product Variations: A 20% color difference may occur due to lighting or monitor display.
    • Claim Policy:
      • Timeframe: 30 days from delivery or 45 days from order date for replacement/refund requests.
      • Required Information:
        • Order number
        • Photo/video of defective item
        • For printing issues: include clear images with a ruler/tape measure if needed
        • For missing items: image of package cover with shipping label
        • Full delivery address & contact number
    • Processing & Restrictions:
      • Claims are reviewed before approval. If eligible, a replacement will be sent.
      • If a replacement isn't practical, a full refund (including shipping) will be issued.
      • Refunds take up to 14 business days via the original payment method.
      • No modifications for replacement items.
      • Do not return items, as returns are not accepted. Contact us for order issues before sending any product back.
    2. REPLACEMENT AND RETURN 

    At this time we do not offer return in any case, we just offer replacement. If your item is defective, you don’t need to return the original item and we will resend you a replacement for free. 

    We do not allow modifications to replacement items.

    3. CANCELATION AND MODIFICATION

    If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us here and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

    Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 02 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified. 

    Please be informed that:

    We are not guaranteed to deliver your order in timely manner if your order needs design modification as it will take us much longer to modify your design in holiday seasons.

    NOTE: Please keep in mind that purchasing means accepting all the terms mentioned above.
