Sandjest Valentine Giveaway – Official Terms and Conditions

1. No Purchase Necessary

The promotion (“Giveaway”) is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

2. Sweepstakes Description

This promotion (“Giveaway”) is organized by Sandjest Gifts and will run from 7:00 AM PT on February 7, 2026 to 11:59 PM PT on February 14, 2026. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, if higher at the time of entry. Employees of Sandjest, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. This promotion is void where prohibited by law. 

4. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

• Follow the official Instagram account @Sandjest.gifts
• Like post
• Comment on the giveaway post by tagging one (1) friend in each comment
  ⚠️ Tags of business accounts, fake profiles, or inactive accounts will be disqualified.

Each participant may submit up to five (5) comments, with each comment tagging a different friend.
Multiple comments tagging the same person will not be counted.

✅ Bonus Entry Opportunity:

Participants may receive one (1) additional entry by sharing the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tagging @Sandjest.gifts.

To ensure eligibility:

• The Story must be public at the time of sharing
• Participants must send a screenshot via Direct Message within 24 hours of posting the Story
• Bonus entries without proof or with expired/inaccessible Stories will not be counted

5. Prizes

At the end of the giveaway period, three (3) winners will be randomly selected.

Each winner will provide the shipping address of their loved one, and we will deliver the gift directly to them.

The prize package consists of:

• Checkered 32oz Water Bottle (approx. value $24.99)
• Heart 32oz Water Bottle (approx. value $22.99)

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize package is $47.98.The prize is non-transferable, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other substitute. Sandjest reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. 

Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

Sandjest will cover all shipping and handling costs for delivering the prize to winners within the United States.

Sandjest reserves the right to determine the shipping method and timeline for prize delivery.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

All valid entries will be manually compiled and assigned a number. A random number generator will be used to select winners from eligible entries.

Winners will be publicly announced via the official @Sandjest.gifts Instagram account.
Each winner is responsible for contacting Sandjest via Instagram Direct Message (DM) within three (3) calendar days from the date of the announcement.

If a winner does not reach out within this timeframe, fails to meet the eligibility requirements, or cannot be verified, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Sandjest reserves the right to verify all entry information before awarding any prize, including but not limited to deciding if an account is valid. All decisions are final.  

7. Shipping Restrictions

Prizes will only be shipped to valid addresses within the United States.
Sandjest does not ship prizes internationally.
Winners located outside of U.S. territory will be disqualified and an alternate eligible winner may be selected.

8. Rights Granted by Entrants

By entering, you grant Sandjest permission (where permitted by law) to use your name, username, and image for promotional purposes without compensation. This includes reposting your entry comment or tagging you in public announcements.

9. General Conditions

Sandjest reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond its control affect the integrity of the promotion. Entries that violate the rules, including those made through bots or automation, will be disqualified.

Sandjest also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these rules.

Any dispute arising from this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the courts of State of Wyoming, United States, under its laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. In the event of any dispute, participants agree that they may only recover their actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering this Giveaway. 

Participants waive any right to claim additional damages, including punitive, incidental, consequential, or attorney’s fees. 

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sandjest, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize.

11. Privacy

All personal information provided by participants (such as shipping details for prize delivery) will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of administering this Giveaway.

Sandjest is committed to protecting your privacy and will not share, sell, or disclose your information to any third parties.

12. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By participating, you acknowledge that you are providing your information to Sandjest, not to Instagram. 

By entering, entrants confirm that they are 18+ years of age, fully release Instagram of any and all responsibility relating to this Giveaway, and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.
