Shake Your Summer Dance Challenge - Official Terms & Conditions

Join the Shake Your Summer Dance Challenge and show off your ultimate summer energy for a chance to win Sandjest’s hottest tumbler collection.

1. Challenge Period

The Shake Your Summer Dance Challenge (“Challenge”) begins at 7:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on May 22, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on May 31, 2026 (“Challenge Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Challenge Period will not be eligible for consideration.

2. Platform

The Shake Your Summer Dance Challenge is hosted and conducted exclusively on TikTok (“Platform”). All entries must be submitted through TikTok and comply with TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable platform policies.

3. Eligibility

The Challenge is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sandjest, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and household members) are not eligible to participate.

By participating, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions and all decisions made by Sandjest, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to this Challenge.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Challenge, participants must complete all of the following requirements during the Challenge Period:

• Feature a Sandjest tumbler in the video submission;
• Use the official Sandjest Challenge audio track: Here
• Perform all three (3) required signature moves:
• Shake
• Flip
• Sip
• Upload the video publicly on TikTok;
• Include the hashtags #ShakeYourSummer and #Sandjest in the caption; and tag @sandjestshop in the post.

Participants may enter:

• Solo;
• With one friend;
• As a group.

Multiple entries are permitted; however, each submission must be original and materially different.

Sandjest reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any submission deemed duplicated, repetitive, misleading, inappropriate, artificially generated, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the Challenge.

5. Prizes

Three (3) winners with the highest-performing eligible entries will each win one (1) complete 3-Piece 40 OZ Locking Lid Tumbler Set, including:

• 40oz Picnic Basket Locking Lid Tumbler (Approximate Retail Value: $24.99)
• 40oz Bow Seashell Locking Lid Tumbler (Approximate Retail Value: $24.99)
• 40oz Travel Locking Lid Tumbler (Approximate Retail Value: $24.99)

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize package: $74.97

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted, except at Sandjest’s sole discretion.

Sandjest reserves the right to substitute any advertised prize with another item of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Sandjest will cover standard shipping and handling costs for delivery within the United States. Shipping methods and estimated delivery timelines shall be determined solely by Sandjest.

Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes and any additional expenses associated with prize acceptance or use are the sole responsibility of each winner.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Three (3) winners will be selected based on the highest number of views accumulated by eligible entries during the Challenge Period.

View counts will be determined solely by Sandjest using metrics available at the close of the Challenge Period.

Sandjest reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate and disqualify any entry suspected of artificially inflating views or engagement through fraudulent, automated, manipulated, or unfair means. Any such determination made by Sandjest shall be final.

In the event of a tie, Sandjest reserves the right to apply additional criteria at its sole discretion to determine the winner.

Potential winners may be notified via TikTok direct message, comments, or announced through Sandjest’s official social media channels.

Sandjest reserves the right to verify the eligibility, authenticity, ownership, and compliance of any entry before awarding prizes.

Failure to respond within the timeframe specified by Sandjest may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

All decisions made by Sandjest regarding the Challenge shall be final and binding.

7. Content License & Publicity Rights

By participating in the Challenge, entrants grant Sandjest and its affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, repost, edit, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise utilize submitted content, including usernames, likenesses, and associated materials, for promotional, advertising, marketing, and commercial purposes across any media channels now known or later developed, without additional notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Participants represent and warrant that they own or otherwise have all necessary rights to submitted content.

8. General Conditions

Sandjest reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Challenge if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factors beyond its reasonable control impair the integrity, fairness, or proper operation of the Challenge.

Entries involving bots, fake accounts, purchased engagement, manipulated views, fraudulent activity, or other attempts to improperly influence Challenge results may be disqualified at Sandjest’s sole discretion.

Sandjest reserves the right to interpret these Terms & Conditions and resolve any disputes related to the Challenge, and all decisions shall be final.
