Move to new Sandjest shop

Q: How do I move my links from the old shop to the new one?

A: Go to your existing videos, remove products from @sandjestgifts and re-attach the same (or updated) products from the new Sandjest TikTok Shop. For new content, always choose products from Sandjest only.

Q: What are the requirements to receive free samples?

A: We prioritize creators who are active on TikTok, post regularly in drinkware, lifestyle, home, daily vlog or gifting niches, and commit to posting content after receiving the product.

Q: How is commission paid?

A: All commissions are paid directly through TikTok Shop’s official payout system. You can track your orders, commission and performance inside your TikTok Shop affiliate dashboard.

Q: How do monthly bonuses work?

A: We run monthly bonus tiers for top performers (for example, up to $1,000 for creators who reach specific unit or GMV milestones). Details will be shared inside the Sandjest Affiliate Community.

Sample

Q: What are the requirements to receive free samples?

A: We prioritize creators who are active on TikTok, post regularly in drinkware, lifestyle, home, daily vlog or gifting niches, and commit to posting content after receiving the product.

Q: In what cases are creators ineligible to receive free samples?

A: We decline free sample requests for creators with underperforming metrics, such as a low video posting rate after receiving samples, low average views, or a 30-day GMV of less than $300.

Q: If I don’t meet the criteria for a free sample, are there other ways to collaborate?

A: Yes, you can participate via the Refundable Sample model. You will be fully reimbursed for the cost of the product after converting at least 3 orders. From the 4th order onwards, you will begin receiving standard commission.

Q: How long does it take to get a sample request approved?

A: We aim to process requests within 1 to 3 days. If it takes longer than 3 days, it likely means the product has reached its monthly sample limit or you did not meet the eligibility criteria.

Q: How will I know if a product has run out of available samples for the month?

A: We will send you a message if the requested product is no longer available. Please ensure you check your notifications regularly so you don't miss our updates.

Q: How do I know which product link to use if I received a sample from your old store?

A: After approving a sample from the old store (Sandjestgifts), we will message you from our new store (SANDJEST) to provide the specific product link you need to use for your video.

Commission

Q: How is commission paid?

A: All commissions are paid directly through TikTok Shop’s official payout system. You can track your orders, commission and performance inside your TikTok Shop affiliate dashboard.

Q: What is the standard commission rate for your products, and are you open to offering a higher Private Commission rate if I hit a specific sales target?

A: Our commission rates range from 15% to 30% depending on the product. We are more than happy to offer a higher Private Commission for creators who demonstrate strong performance and are interested in a long-term partnership with us.

Q: If you run Spark Ads using my video, will I still receive the same commission rate for sales generated through the ads?

A: If an order is generated through ads, you will receive an Ads Commission instead of the Standard Commission. Our Ads Commission typically ranges from 3% to 5%, depending on the specific product.

Q: Why did my video generate sales, but I didn't receive any commission?

A: If an order was placed by another creator as a refundable sample purchase, that specific transaction is not eligible for commission.

Bonus Program

Content Execution

Q: Can Sandjest help with content ideas?

A: Yes. Inside our community, we share content prompts, trends, hooks and product suggestions based on upcoming events and what’s currently performing well.

Q: Can I use my own creative style, or do I need to follow a strict script?

A: We value your unique voice and want you to showcase the product in a way that resonates best with your audience. We do not require a strict script. However, we do ask that you strictly follow the "Do's and Don'ts" guidelines mentioned above to ensure the content meets our brand standards and quality requirements. As long as those criteria are met, you have full creative freedom!

Q: Are there any specific "Do's and Don'ts" I should be aware of for the content?

A: DOs: Focus on high-quality lighting, show the product being used in a real-life setting, and highlight the main benefits mentioned in the brief. Most importantly, keep it authentic!


DON’Ts: Please avoid low-quality or blurry footage; the product must be shown clearly. Do not use products from other brands or show competitor logos in the video. Additionally, avoid using copyrighted music to prevent muting, and do not make exaggerated claims that aren't backed by the product description.

Fulfillment & Logistics

Q: How fast is the shipping, and do you ship directly from a US-based warehouse?

A: Typically, it takes about 1 to 5 days for sample delivery depending on the region; however, please note that carriers may occasionally experience delays. We currently ship directly from our US-based warehouse.

Q: What is your current inventory level for the trending products?

A: We continuously restock throughout the year to ensure we have enough inventory for both sales and samples. Currently, most items are in stock. While a few specific products are currently being replenished, all items in our store will be fully stocked no later than the end of March.

Q: What is your return and refund policy for damaged or lost items?

A: TikTok Shop does not have an official return or exchange policy for samples. However, we value our partnership and will review each case individually to decide if a replacement sample can be sent to the creator.

Support & Communication

Q: How long does it typically take for your team to respond to inquiries?

A: We prioritize communication with our creators. You can generally expect a response within 12 to 24 hours during business days. Our team works hard to ensure you have the answers you need to keep your content production moving smoothly.

Q: Is there a dedicated channel (e.g., Discord or WhatsApp) for creator updates?

A: Currently, we primarily communicate through TikTok Shop messages to keep all project details organized. However, for high-performing long-term partners, we provide access to a private communication channel to ensure more direct and immediate support.

Q: Can I get technical support if there are issues with the product link in my TikTok Shop?

A: Definitely. If you encounter any issues tagging our products or if the links aren't displaying correctly, please contact us immediately. Our technical support team will help troubleshoot the issue or coordinate with TikTok Support to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Q: Do you provide regular newsletters about upcoming product launches?

A: Yes, we believe in keeping our partners ahead of the curve! We send out regular updates regarding upcoming product launches, seasonal campaigns, and trending items.
